All about Swing l’été!

Introduction

Hello, and welcome to Swing l’été!

This year, Swing l’été will be held on June 23rd, July 21st and August 4th 2018!

Swing l’été is an admission-free outdoor swing dance event which aims to unite the Montreal swing dance community. Each year, Swing l’été attracts hundreds of dancers from Québec, Canada and even the United-States!

Swing l’été occurs three times throughout the summer, one Saturday per month (June, July and August) and is organized in collaboration with the City of Verdun and with Montreal’s swing dance studios (Cat’s Corner, Swing ConneXion and Studio-88-Swing).

Swing l’été offers beginner classes for the curious and intermediate classes for the regular dancers as well as social dancing and performances for all! The site, Les serres de Verdun, offers a magnificent view of the St-Lawrence River, restrooms and is surrounded by green spaces that are perfect for pic-nics and sunbathing (with sunscreen of course)!
